About This Tool

What does this tool do?

A multi-radix mathematical converter. Input values in any base and instantly calculate conversions across Binary, Octal, Decimal, Hexadecimal, and arbitrary custom bases (2 to 36) with two's complement binary representation, bit length calculations, and digit grouping.

When should you use it?

Use this tool when debugging low-level memory addresses, calculating bitwise flags, converting color hex values to decimal, analyzing network binary masks, or teaching computer science number systems.
