Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before renewal.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's profile page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods.

3. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
• Partial refunds are not provided for unused subscription time.

In exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical issues preventing service access, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Trials and Promotions

Free trials, promotional pricing, or special offers may be provided at our discretion and are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and the terms disclosed at the time of enrollment or checkout.
